The conductimetric method allows you to directly and objectively measure the percentage of concentrate actually delivered by the system, checking if it matches the design value and the actual ability of the proportioner to maintain the correct concentration under operating conditions.

This service is particulary rilevant for the new generation of foam, which turn out to be more sensitive to proportion deviations, but it is just as effective and can also be applied to traditional foams.

The proportioner test allows you to :

1. identify underdosing and overdosing;

2. accept the proper mechanical and hydraulic functioning of the dosing system;

3. provide documented technical evidence on the actual state of the plant;

4. support decisions on maintenance, upgrading, or replacing the system.

The result of the inspection is an independent technical assessment of the delivered concentration, based on on-site instrumental measurements, which can be used for performance checks, technical audits, and risk management.
