Ispezione riserve idriche antincendio
We carry out internal inspections of fire tanks using ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles), without emptying the tank and without personnel entering confined spaces.
The ROV allows high-definition underwater visual inspections to check the condition, cleanliness, and integrity of surfaces.
The dimensional and volumetric survey (also whit radar/acoustics technology) It is available upon request for additional checks, for verifying geometries, useful volumes, and any possible deformations
For steel tubes, if request, it's possible do a random inspection of thickness using a ultrasonic thickness gauge, aimed at identifying corrosion, localized thinning, and loss of structural integrity.

Il volume effettivamente disponibile in una riserva idrica può variare da quello riportato negli elaborati di progetto, per modifiche intervenute nel tempo, deformazioni delle strutture o presenza di elementi non documentati.
La Veryfire esegue il rilievo geometrico delle riserve e dei locali tecnici che le ospitano con tecnica di laser scanning 3D, impiegando più scanner in parallelo per contenere i tempi di permanenza in sito e ridurre l’interferenza con l’attività in esercizio.
Dal modello che ne deriva ricaviamo un elaborato CAD della struttura, utile alla determinazione del volume effettivo e all’individuazione di discrepanze rispetto allo stato originale.
